Sword Order and Refund
1. Order Commencement and Refund
1.1. Once a sword order commences, refunds and cancellations for that order are not possible.
1.2. The order commences under the following conditions:
The order has been successfully placed and payment has been completed.
2. Sword Production and Delivery
2.1. After the order begins, sword production takes approximately one month, and delivery takes around 1-2 weeks, depending on shipping time.
2.2. In case of any changes to the schedule, we will notify you in advance via email.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
3.1. Refunds are only possible before the order commencement. Refunds are not possible once the order has commenced.
4. No Refunds and No Returns Policy
4.1. Due to the immediate commencement of production upon order placement, we do not accept refunds or returns for swords.
